Part 2 — True story regarding my Dogs and Prison.

I lived in Italy for 20 years.
I was with Sacra Corona Unita’, Ndrangheta and Camorra in the Maximum Security Prison, Lecce.
Italy is a Sophisticated Corrupt System. Honest and hard working citizens are pawns if they do not become involved.
The word that rules is Omerta’, you don’t see, speak or hear anything regarding Criminal activity or you will be punished.

Mafia and Politicians in association.
Judges and Lawyers in cahoots.
Police are two-faced.

The sign in Court – Justice is Equal for All – is a Lie. Court proceedings are a Circus.
Wealthy and Powerful people have the advantage to win court cases without real evidence.
Civil or Criminal court cases on average take over 4 years.
The Republic was created in 1946. A Prime Minister has a 5 year term. Giorgia Meloni is the 31st.
Government is Corrupt. Incompetent. Inefficient a Beaurocratic mess.
Leader in Europe for Tax evasion and Mafia.
A country of functional illiterates.
GDP growth is .5%.
GBP debt is 137.1%.
Unemployment is 5.7%.
Public debt tops 3 trillion euros.
Italy is set to become the Eurozone’s most indebted nation.
I advise Foreigners not to Invest or Create a new Life in Italy if you don’t want to be involved in this Corrupt Criminal System. I feel sorry for the honest and hard working people.

True story about Corruption and Injustice

I was a Semi-Professional Tennis player and Coach in Switzerland. I met Maria Angela Mazzucchelli (Italian Citizen). We were in Love and became living partners. Years had passed and we decided to move to Puglia, Italy and get married. I had police controls regarding not having a Permit of Stay. Maria responded — Daniel is here to marry me and I take full responsibility. Years had passed and no marriage. Then I knew why. Don Mario Pisanelli (Sacra Corona Unita’). All of this happened because I called the Forest Rangers on his illegal activity against me in 2009. Maria had a secret lover (Cossimo Nuzzo). One day I came home and all of my documents stolen (Czech Republic, USA, Switzerland, Italy). Maria was gone and Death threats started for me to leave Italy. I was broke with 9 dogs. I reported this to the Police and US Consulate, Naples, Italy. Things got worse. I was charged with Stalking and Extortion. I took a lawyer referred to me by the US Consulate, Naples. Pietro Luigi Nuccio. Then this happened.

Maria Angela Mazzucchelli, Alessano — Betrayal, Blackmail, Death threats, 150,000 in assets and personal documents stolen.
Cossimo Nuzzo (Felon), Montesardo — Death threats, Stalking, Physical assault.

Police Chief Luigi Lolli, Alessano — Controls, Harrassments, Death threats and Blackmail for my documents.
Police Chief Pasquale Favezza, Giuliano Di Lecce — Controls, Harrassments and Ultimatum regarding my Life.
Criminal Judge Silvia Mretya, Lecce — Confiscated all my documents and not returned. In 2017 I was found Guilty for Stalking and Extortion — 5 years in prison. In the Appeals Court and Supreme Court all rejected.

Pietro Luigi Nuccio, Tricase — my lawyer.
— never discussed or prepared me for the Criminal Case.
— you don't understand the Italian Justice. Leave everything up to me, and lied many times.
— no Interpreter (rejected) in court and Pietro insisted that I testify in Italian. I was in a Catch — 22. I testify or not — Im Guilty.
— did not file any charges against Mazzucchelli, Nuzzo or Police Chief Lolli.
— arrested on July 19, 2019 and taken to the Maximum Security Prison, Lecce. US Consulate, Naples and Pietro were notified immediately.
— Mazzucchelli and Police Chief Lolli made everything disappear that was mine in the house — furniture, clothes and memorabilia. My 9 dogs went to a dog kennel. Pietro knew nothing of this, no interest to him.
— Pietro was with them because if he was threatened. He should have left the criminal case.
— Unethical Conduct.

On December 8, 2019 I had written to President Trump for his assistance to find the Truth from prison. Spring 2020 the US Consulate told me after their investigation that I was Framed. I spent 804 days and then released for community service to finish my criminal sentence. Being the only American in prison. I had many fights for my life. My Will was to have my dogs and they inspired me to live. Finally the administration and prison guards realized that I was a Victim of Justice and they helped me during this ordeal — I Thank You All.

September 25, 2025 expulsion from Italy (Shengen Area) for 5 years.

He has a criminal record comprising of threats, trafficking, extortion, trespassing, property damage etc. The social dangerousness of this individual is that he is habitually engaged in criminal activity.

My dogs are the Victims in this Travesty of Justice. You don't Abandon or Betray True Love even if you face Death.
